Elevate to Even Plus elects new board members

We are thrilled to have three dynamic thought leaders joining is us as Eleven+ Trustees. While their three-year terms officially commence on January 1, 2022, they're already making an impact and helping to level the playing field for the interns we support.



Ofira Bondorowsky


Ofira joined Charity Navigator to research and develop the organization's impact framework and to help shape the rating methodology. As the Director of Ratings and Nonprofit Engagement, she collaborates with an array of stakeholders to identify indicators of nonprofit efficacy, devise models to better assess nonprofit performance, and expand the overall scope and depth of Charity Navigator’s ratings.


Over the past 20 years, she has held a range of administrative and leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, accumulating experience in public school administration, social policy and research analysis, children and family services, and nonprofit fundraising. The breadth and depth of her work in the social sector has informed her understanding of organizational efficacy, program outcomes, and social impact.


An avid learner, Ofira holds a degree in psychology from Florida State University, an MSW from New York University, a postgraduate degree in leadership and administration from Seton Hall University, and has completed doctoral courses in social policy at Columbia University.



Beth Gottung


Beth is a fundraising professional with nine years of experience, including six years of fundraising for higher education scholarships and University programs. Prior to working in fundraising, Beth served as the Head Field Hockey Coach at Montclair State University, taking her team to the National Championship in 2012. In total, she spent 16 years at Montclair State before transitioning to her current role as the Director of Development at KIPP New Jersey.


Beth is a highly motivated and successful professional. She is driven by the desire to ensure others receive a quality education and career opportunities that should be available to all students and not based on race, class, or geography.

She volunteers as a mentor for KIPP New Jersey interns, acks meals at Toni’s Kitchen in Montclair, and serves on the grants committee for the Montclair Foundation.



Laura Hamilton


For over two decades, Laura has supported clients to identify a greater sense of independence and empowerment. Through her private practice, True Insight, she is a therapist and performance optimization coach.


She has worked in many mental health and empowerment settings within professional service organizations, in-patient programs, forensic and psychiatric hospitals, and in private practice.


She previously spent years in a Human Resource leadership role with a professional services organization in both Los Angeles and Silicon Valley where she worked to elevate a communication culture while also enhancing both team and individual performance.


Laura services on the Board of the Edgewood Center for Children and Families. Through H2 Ventures, she supports early stage companies and leaders to work through challenges while building successful start-ups.
